Re: New A.H. Fox by Galazan

Those of us that have custom shotguns made by CSMC (I have four) benefit from having the finest shotguns ever made in the the USA.
Those that don't and "spoof" or denigrate the maker and his guns, lose out in a number of ways.-Richard

Re: AH Fox Collectors Group on Facebook

FaceBook requires exposure of your name and information that could be used to locate yourself.
As a firearms collector, I keep a low profile and as much as I like my Fox, I have decided not to follow.-Richard

Re: It sure seems a little less stuffy around here . . .

'Stuffy' was not my term but in the title of the original Post. I agree that the comments were fine. But after reading Posts on the Fox forum for a few months it became evident as I recently Posted that this was not a CSMC Fox forum but a forum for Fox Collectors. So I stopped accessing the forum un...

Re: CSMC Fox Guns??

Posting from experience, I have collected Winchester Model 21's and Browning Super's for decades. I got tired of never having the exact gun I wanted and looking at the junk that was was offered to find a hidden gem. My experience purchasing a CSMC 20 gauge RBL, which was really a custom SKB s/s whic...

"They are not making them anymore , so what ya find is what ya gets ! "

I would beg to differ.
CSMC makes some very nice Fox's.
I don't know if the 'stuffy' atitude has changed because I have not been on this forum for a few years after my initial experience.-Dick

Re: Shooting Glasses Question

"Well, then, your choice is easy. Randolph or Decot." I don't think so. I have used shooting specific script shooting glasses for 35+ years. I started with B&L glass, heavy and only comfortable for a few hours. I used Transition lenses for a variable tint as I do not like false colors ...

I can't speak for AH Fox but I can tell you that faced with wanting a light 16 gauge high grade Fox, after much reading and looking, I decided that the opportunity to obtain a Fox made exactly the way I wanted it from an American company made my decision from me. Tony's Foxes are not some off shore ...

OK, you asked! I have been watching Tony and CSMC guns since I first met Tony about 1991. At that time he was making the USRAC Winchester branded Model 21's and his own Model 21 without the Winchester name. I told Tony I wanted the Winchester name and he said OK, $55K as all we are making is Grand R...
