I also send the shipping case to the seller. I use a heavy aluminum take-down case with a heavy cardboard outer box. I send it stuffed with bubble wrap to be used on the parts. It costs a bit more and delays things a few days, but I don't buy guns I don't really want to receive in one piece. I'm wil...

I have 66097 resting quietly in my safe. It's all original and in excellent shape. I bought it a few years ago from an elderly gentleman who told me he thought he bought it new (he was in his early - mid-80's but I doubt he actually bought it new unless it sat on the store shelf for several years). ...

66097 is resting comfortably in my safe. I bought it last year from a gentleman who is in his late 80's and thought he bought it new when he was in his 20's. I suspect he was wrong in that regard unless it sat in the store for several years. It is in marvelous shape and gets out to play on the trap ...
