I bought my first Sterlingworth about two weeks past in Amarillo, Tx. The serial number is 103547 which puts it in the 1925 or 1926 era. The question I have is the barrel markings. I have noticed that early Fox A grades {1000} serial number range are cheaper than Sterlingworth models. I know that the early A grades have different or less engraving than later models. Factory letter on early A grade!
What are the chances of getting a factory letter on a l906 A grade with ejectors. I have heard that it was hit and miss on the early guns.
