By gosh, an exclusive "Members Only" forum. That sounds like a great way to:

"...stimulate interest in the history and production of Fox shotguns."

Gentlemens: See? And here y'all thought I was just getting by on my looks. To answer Mr. Eightbore's question, the first thing what needs done to any firearm, gun or rifle, is to make it make it mechanically sound. In the case of a shotgun, the barrels must be on face and the firing, extracting/ eje...

Mr. Hurst:

What are you doing on the computer? Don't you have some engraving to do? Don't make me call Miss Julie and have you chained to the bench!

I second Mr. Hurst's recomendations. You won't go wrong with these guys when it comes to putting a new handle on your gun.

Mr. Fin: Thanks for the reply. I have read Mr. Campbells excellent pictorial and it is very well done. Howsomever, the problem is that I am trying to communicate with a gentleman long distance about the action and it would help to be able to say, "no, not the gizzer #42, I mean the thingy #33.&...

Exploded View

Gentlemens:

I am trying to communicate with a person long distance regarding certain pieces parts of the Fox action. Do any of you happen to know of an exploded view of the action that is available. It would be a great aid in communicating.

Thanks for your help.

Mr. fox-admin

I second the request for a custom Fox gallery.
The 1980 button would be good too....

Mr. bonasa: I would pull on the other end of that rope. I much prefer a restored or upgraded original to a reproduction. I just like old guns. The Sterlingworth is a sound platform on which to build a custom and the results can be fabulous. Look at some of Mr. Mann's work. Restoring the orginal will...
