Fox Collectors

It is a 1911 CE with 30 inch barrels; serial # 19311.

I enjoyed a hunt with my dog, Chester, at Big Red Oak Plantation in Gay, GA. LOL, after 3 hours of trying to resize my jpg photo it appears rotated. This is the best I can do. At least I'm better with my Fox than I am with a computer.

Well, it is a JPG and it still won't post. Even clicked on tiny.

Followed instructions from Fox administrators and kept getting an invalid post answer. Any help with this? Instructions don't seem to work very easily at all.

This is a 1911 CE purchased last June that needed the auto-safety and ejectors repaired. The right ejector worked fine; but the left did not. The pad was original but was brittle and in sad shape as was the stock. It did not have any cracks ; just not very pleasing to the eye. Someone on this site s...

Sorry, I first put this in the wrong place. Hunting with my grandson, Ben, and Chester. Ben's first hunt and a wonderful memory for us.

I took my 9 yr old grandson, Ben, on his first quail hunt. I used my 12 gauge CE Fox and Ben used a youth 410. A wonderful memory!!

I have a son-in-law in Rye, Westchester county. He says it is almost impossible to buy a long gun; never mind a handgun. How were you able to pull this off?

I would like to have a correct pad installed on my 1911 fox and possibly restore some case coloring. Would Turnbull be a good choice?

I just recently added another CE to my closet. This is a 12 gauge ce with 30 inch Krupp barrels choked full and mod. What is the significance of chromex and krupp steel?The gun appears to be all original and in wonderful condition. I hope to acquire a better camera so I can post some better pictures...

Those look really nice. Are they A grades or sterlys? 16"s are hard to find and afford.
