Foxes added in first quarter ???
There was a post here yesterday asking about any Fox guns added to your stable in the 1Q '26 but I can't find it now. I didn't see any replies last evening and it must have been deleted? I'd planned to answer this morning when I had more time and I'm happy to report I didn't add any vintage doubles despite being tempted and I sold a few more. I'd shaken off the collector bug about a year ago and have been culling most of my vintage SxS collection. I still have a few good Foxes that I hunt and shoot occasionally along with some other makers. but guns that were dust catchers and show offs at events and in the gun room are mostly gone and will be totally gone this year. I did however spend a fraction of that money to buy a new Browning CXS 20g/32" o/u and another new CXS 28g/30" o/u around Christmas time and I shoot them frequently at sporting and like them a lot. All this is just my take on the topic fwiw. frank

Not added any as of yet. But your purchases of the 20 and 28ga Browning CXS guns Frank will give you years of trouble free and just plain fun, clay shooting.
Owning a Fox is not a spectator sport.

Finally got a a trap gun that I have been lusting over for years. A very early K. My tree isn’t really growing sideways. lol
I tapped the picture and it fixed my tree!

That’s a gorgeous gun.
Shoot vintage firearms, relax, and have fun.

No Foxes for me.
The Savage / Fox / CSMC / Frankenstein gun in the very beginning of the first quarter does not count, but I like it.

Re: Foxes added in first quarter ???
Unlike Frank I still have the collecting/shooting “bug” affliction!!! I’ve added two guns in 2025 but both of those guns will get used/enjoyed. A Super Fox that needs a few items attended to and a 12 gauge CE 30” M/F that fits nicely in the collector/shooter window. I’ve already shot it three days after I acquired it. I’m hoping the bug continues to afflict me for a while although I am becoming more selective.

No new Foxes for me yet! !Like Foxnut, I still have the bug, but I'm working hard at being more selective. I did assist my son with his purchase of a Fox BE 12ga. I'm going to look at a interesting Fox next week, finger crossed it comes my way. I did down size my other than Fox and Parker shotguns the last few years. I kept one Elsie, one Lefever and two Remington Model 11's. I have sold a few Foxes and Parkers to obtain better examples.

CE 2 barrel set added in the first quarter. Hoping to make a deal on a graded 20 gauge at the Southern in a few weeks.
