Not as good as yours, but I always thought that my 30” 16 ga. Sterlingworth looked good.

My SP-Frame 28-inch gun --
My "draw-bolt" frame gun --
The story I got from David Condon about those numbers in the stock was that it was a gun that came out of the armory of an old recently defunct Shenandoah Valley military academy (high school).
I also have a high condition regular frame Fox Sterlingworth but I don't have any close-up pictures. I displayed the three frame styles at the Winter 2015 Las Vegas show --

This is a crispy early 20 I have. It would be perfect if it did not have a scratch on the right barrel.

My original 12 gauge 30” gun. Also have a 16 with 30” but wood appears to be added incorrect finish or refinish

Re: Show us your best condition Sterly.
There sure are some very nice Sterlingworth's pictured above and thanks for showing them.
I can add these two Sterlingworth 20's. Both 28" and one with ejectors. I've got another SW20 with ejectors and 26" barrels but can't find the pictures (darn).

Re: Show us your best condition Sterly.
This thread never said they had to be original. These are refinished but not upgraded. One is a 16, the other a 20.
