What do I have/who can fix it

Post by cheffy »

I just picked this up at a garage sale
and was told it was an early Fox.
The barrel is labeled Philidelphia arms, krupp fluid steel
On the side it is engraved "Fox"
the serial # is 465
30" full chokes

The gun is in need of a total restoration I'm sure.
Who can do this and is it worth it?
I'm new to the forum so excuse the ton of questions that I'm sure will follow.
Thanks

cheffy; check out this link to our web site that gives you background information on your gun. http://foxcollectors.com/philadelphia%20arms.htm
It is not a AH Fox gun but a Philadelphia Arms gun. Total restoration is very expensive $2500. plus or minus depending on what you want done. Post pictures of the gun if you would like a better evaluation.

If you could post some pictures of this gun, perhaps we could better guide you.
