Why doe's it look like a parker with a hinge pin?80% blueing, very little case colour left, but very tight. It looks to be 2 5/8 chambers, its going to be a shooter.Would like some info on my 1911,also it turns out my 20g BE with 32"bls has short chambers.why is the model 1911 not listed in blue book

some of the Sterlingworth pin guns were stamped model 1911. See this page for more information. http://foxcollectors.com/sw%20pin%20grade.htm

I have three "pin guns" and the pin is different in each one. See my two-part Sterlingworth article in The Double Gun Journal, Volume Fifteen, Issues 3 and 4.
