armslist sterly

Did anyone see the sterly on armlist for $350....some mastersmith welded...yes yelded the top rib to the barrels.i asked the guy for better pics and sure enough it is welded...big welds. I offered him $150 for it to part it out and he told me that he cant budge on the price..........it is totally ruined ...poor thing
