I have a Ansley Fox A grade 13459 with 30" Krupp barrels. Can anyone please tell me what this stamp is. Is it original?

That indicates the gun was a factory second. See Tom Kidd's article in The Double Gun Journal, Volume Six, Issue 2, page 63. Early on they used this big 2ND stamp, and later they stamped the word SECOND.

Would that mean originally there was a slight cosmetic defect so the gun was sold at a reduced price?

I would think that would be the case. However, the guns are usually just fine.
