Frank, I remember the day you found that great gun. Thank You for the great photo story on what can be done to bring these great old guns back.

As always thanks for the eduation. Another example of what can be done to bring a gun back to the right/original configuration. I have the please of owning one of J SBT guns and it is a real blast to shoot. It is a straight stock and dainty! At first I thought it had been cut and was probably going to require new wood. When I got the letter from Mr. Callahan to my surprise it was ordered with a 13 1/2 in lob over a Jostam Pad. I had some NOS Jostam pads and I had one added. Perfect at 13 1/2 LOP. Just goes to show that it's worth getting the letter on these old guns. You never know what you will get.
