Cocking similarities??

Post by Germantown »

A friend just acquired a Ithaca Flues 12 bore- We were hunting this past week-end on a preserve, I had my Sterlingworth 20 bore, and had some fine bird work with his GSP Fritz. His Ithaca has a form of cocking piece that seems a bit like that AH Fox used. Are they somewhat identical. His gun has selective ejectors, as does my 20 Fox. I noticed the two metal push rods on the water table, one for each barrel of course. I have never seen a design quite that for ejector trips. Nice gun indeed.
