books on Fox guns

I am a new collector/user of Fox guns and am interested in gaining more knowledge about them.
What books would you suggest that I read and where would I find them - McIntosh's book is rather expensive and not really available.

To my knowledge the McIntosh book on Fox guns is the only game in town. Since McIntosh's passing this book has really escalated in price. A quick google search yielded this lead of copies available at less than issue price, I do not know if they have any, however...

The last I knew the AHFCA (this club) had a great deal on a complimentary McIntosh book with a 5 year membership.....I dont know if that promo is still running, "we" may have run out of books. The cost of a membership is well worth the information exchanged here on the Member's boards.
Perhaps someone on the Board can chime in.
