Allentown Pa Show
Allentown Pa Show
Went to the Allentown show this morning. Not much in the Fox line except #200041 A grade, a 28" well worn 20ga example with Chromox barrels, snap on f/e, pistol grip. Also #258 a Parker 12g graded lifter in it's original case and comic pigeon shooting engraving. Nice to see these early guns.

I think that gun has been making the rounds with the same dealer for at least 3 years (I think). Price and condition don't match up for potential buyers it seems or it would have been gone.

Yes, that 20 has been around a little bit looking for a home.
A little different because it has the early A style engraving with Chromox barrels.

Re: Allentown Pa Show
I was there too. Missed the A grade 20 spotted by Don but did see a Flat Sided Sterlingworth on the Hartman Bros tables. Second one they've had in about 6 months; they do come across some nice SxS's. Saw several other SW's, nothing to write home about, but no graded Foxes. As usual I ran into some fellow SxS shooters. Heavy rains down there. Just a few blocks from the Fairgrounds I saw a small car doing an exit off 22. The storm drain was backed up and it stalled in about 4 feet of water, over the dashboard. What a way to start a day!
