Re: Tulsa anyone???
Wish I was. Auditors arrive at my company this Wednesday for a week of "fun". Any volunteers to take my place?

Re: Tulsa anyone???
Sho Nuff if I can walk by then! I injured my back in Texas a couple weeks ago and have been plagued with the sciatic "crab walk". The Kansas turkey season opens the 14th I think, so if it's a question of Tulsa or turkeys. With that in mind, I can go to Tulsa twice a year but spring turkey only comes once. Lee.
Re: Tulsa anyone???
I'll be there in my usual spot. Lower level end cap @ the bottom of the ramp next to the vanilla lady. Angelo Bee will be sharing the tables with us.
Hope to see you there,
Paul

Re: Tulsa anyone???
Just got homr from a day of flying back from Tulsa. It really is a "must see" event for anyone who likes gunshows...atleast one time. It is so big that it defies description. I am to understand it's like 11 acres under roof...if one walks all the isles once it's something like 6 1/2 miles of walking. I guess attendance last year was around 60,000 visitors. Dont quote me but you get the idea.
Ran into a couple of fellow AHFCA members. I had the pleasure of having a really good chat with FRBRIT (Paul) whom I had never met. It was a nice opportunity to get a face with a name. Bob J stopped by a couple of times and we got caught up.
As far as the Fox stuff not anything worth reporting that I saw. I saw some of the same graded guns that I've seen before...and the usual smattering of Sterlies and A-grades in standard configuration. There were a couple of decent ones but I saw nothing worth discussing here. Thats not to say there wasnt somethin' special there...I just didnt see it.
I saw a truckload of LC's and Pahkahs but nothing that rocked me. I bought acouple of neat ol' Winchesters just for something to do.
So there you have my chinzy report.
Syracuse NY show this weekend.

Re: Tulsa anyone???
Marshfellow: I didn't get to make it do to the back problems but I did get an update from the "pakah" boys lamenting the fact that there wasn't much of that breed that was A OK with very few exeptions. Even Puglisi didn't have much according to Bruce. I did better at home selling a Mannlicher -Schoenauer for a profit so I can buy more Foxes when I can find one. I'm still looking for a SBT at a decent price. Oh well there is the fall show, and the Missouri Arms Collectors show this summer which sometimes has some suprising stuff. Hope your aquisitions are profitable. Happy Foxing!!!!! Lee.
