I think your itch for a small bore 30 inch Fox has been taken care of. That is a keeper. Fantastic walnut and a snap on forearm as well.

Gotta say I am on cloud 9!! Loaded up some 3/4 oz 2 1/2 Cheddite hulls with DR-16 wads with International. Shoots like a dream.

Great load out of a great gun.

They are still out there, one of the most fun aspects of the hobby is the hunt.

Now that I’m back from dinner I can really study your pictures. That engraving is very deep and crisp, and the ejector escutcheon on the snap-on forearm is beautiful. The wood is gorgeous. You really hit the jackpot with this one. The card made me chuckle, “must conform to specs exactly”. Are you going to pattern it to see if both barrels hit “70%”?

Agree homerun on the wood. Frankly, its the best I have seen on a Fox.

Craig,
The gun doesn't look to have that much drop at heel. How was it shooting it?

The drop at comb is 1 1/2" so it felt and shot great. The drop at comb is most important to me. I like 2 1/2 to 3 " drop at heel.
