Stan - I think it means that the wholesale price of a particular part or type of repair is 15% off the list price of that particular part or type of repair?

Re: 1-02-1942 Fox Prices
For 1930, Savage produced A.H. Fox Dealer and Jobber price lists similar to those the company in Philadelphia had used.
For 1931, 1932 and 1933, Savage published separate Wholesale (Form 43-yy) and Jobber Price Lists (Form 44-yy) for their A.H. Fox guns.
Beginning with 1934 the A.H. Fox guns were included in the Savage Wholesale (Form 28-yy) and Jobber/Distributor (Form 27-yy) Price Lists.
Through 1939, these illustrated price lists included the prices.
Beginning with 1940, with pre-war inflation running hot, the Form 27-yy and Form 28-yy were produced without the prices and prices were published on separate sheets as Scaupman showed.
