Double Gun Journal -Sad News
Received a notice in the mail today stating they will not continue publishing the Journal. Those who still have money in their account can choose to purchase products listed on the letter.
An Index & Reader Vol III is planned for Christmas 2023.

I’ve spoken with the DGJ folks and what Jim wrote is accurate. Spring 2022 was the last issue. frank

Not surprised; print media is in trouble everywhere.

I was surprised and disappointed when I read Dan and Joanna's letter which arrived today. However, I will be looking forward to the Index and Reader scheduled for late 2023, which is supposed to be 500 pages. Stay tuned.

Re: Double Gun Journal -Sad News
Well, it was a good run.
I'm currently on my 3rd re-reading, in order, of the entire collection.
I am currently reading Summer of 1999's article by Tom Kidd about Becker's #00.2
I can't believe how much more I appreciate the articles as my knowledge has increased over the years.
I have the first 2 indexes, I'll probably have to get the 3rd.

Volume #1, Issue # 1 was in the winter of 1989. It has been published quarterly ever since, until now apparently.

From the note to Craig: "we will be working on this full time". I received much the same note.
