Frank, I went back and reviewed the FB post on the aforementioned gun. There was no divulging or posting of the card on that FB post that I could see. I can tell you it wasn’t me who shared the card if that is what is being suggested/insinuated. If someone once owned the gun or pulled the card for their info I have no way of knowing. I do fully agree that if someone has a set of cards that they shouldn’t be sharing per the terms of purchase. So to answer your question directly Frank I do not know “What’s up here”, but a good reminder to all of us regarding the terms agreed upon in writing when purchasing a set of cards. Brett, my post at 8:31 am this morning could have been better worded and for that I apologize. I posted your name because you're the Exec Director and also I understand you're active on that FB group, and thus you can review the FB group posts and determine if the Record Card agreement might have been compromised by someone that bought a set of Cards. I included Jeff and Tom because, again, I believe both of them are also active on FB and could help check on that. In no way did I intend to suggest/insinuate that either you or Jeff did an unauthorized Card copy from the sets both of you have.

Regarding Tool Man Steve posting the Card copy for members’ info on our site, I learned later that he did that as his personal freebie for 2025 and of course that's ok. Putting everything together, it seems likely that one of our members copied the Card from our Members Forum and then shared it with the current owner via private messaging on FB or by some other means.

Again Brett, I apologize for my poorly worded post this morning. As the former Board member who consulted with my personal IP attorney and led up that Record Card Set purchase agreement for the BD's approval, I still have ownership in how it's followed by those that buy sets of Cards.

If card information somehow escapes the custody of designated AHFCA custodians, it should not be considered a theft by an unnamed person. There are more than one set of cards that aren't and never were the property of the AHFCA. Cody is one possibility, as well as some privately owned sets that never were the property of AHFCA.
