Bill, all I did was take the photos. Whoever recolored the gun did a nice job but they did not recut the engraving prior to hardening.

A friend owns # 59 which I owned at one time, it is an A grade in well used condition. It has the metal tip on the forend. I am sure the is an earlier # out there.
I have #59 recorded as being a stripped receiver. I have #78 recorded as a complete A-Grade, and #127 also as a stripped receiver. Those three have A.H. FOX on the sides of receiver. All the others I've recorded from 152 on up have just FOX.

Dave, the pictures you have on #59 are ones I posted a couple of years ago, the gun was apart for cleaning and photos, it is a complete gun.
