I don't see these folders mentioned in Appendix 1 "The Paper Trail" of McIntosh's book.
The two of these I have both picture the early style A-Grade. One has testimonial letters from 1912. The other has 1913 & 14 testimonial letters and the 1909 letter from T.R.
The Fox Sterlingworth folder pictures a pin gun, but has the 1914 prices when the ejectors dropped from $12.50 extra to $7.50 extra.
Both of these pictures were used in magazine ads of the time.
