For those of you making the trip to Ernie’s, please stop by the Fox booth and say “Hi”.

I'll be packing my truck up tonight to go up on Thursday for the day.

I usually go on Fridays' but theweather forecast is getting sketchy for Friday and Saturday.

Can't wait to see everybody again this year!

When at Hausmann’s it’s always nice to get acquainted with some of the newer members. Say “Hi” to Dan Distefano (aka Brass case) and Emma.

Couple pics of display guns as well as a high level discussion of Fox related topics.

One of the best parts of these events is getting to meet in person other members. I was fortunate to meet ROMAC (Roger), MaggieMollie (Ron), and several others and also got to shoot for the first time w/Don, Steve, Kevin and Tom, and Smitty. Thankfully the weather has cooperated for the most part and except for a brief period this afternoon hasn’t deterred the shooting or the engagement and fun with other members!! Brett

This was our first time attending Hausmann’s and we will be back. After hearing of it for years we were very appreciative of how inviting everyone at the event had been during our 2 days of hanging around. Became friendly with a plethora of nice people and even beyond the Fox booth if you can believe that. Every table as well as around the grounds and parking areas brought great conversations with people we had just met.

So nice to get more aquatinted with gun models and grades in person, which until now I had only been able to see in books or on the internet for the most part. Fox to Purdey and everything in between . I appreciated the tour of the Fox grades and further knowledge we were given while chatting with our brothers running Fox Collectors booth.

I had promised her there would be a pile of bird puppies and dogs. I’m telling her you all said you will comply with said request for next year  .

Dan,
Glad you were able to visit and connect with a lot of the Fox group and beyond…..you’re right the whole atmosphere is welcoming and most are willing to share info and insights on a host of nice guns! As far as the puppies…..well you’re on your own for that one!!! :-)

I’ve been with the AHFCA since Day One and have to comment on our Fox presence at this year’s Northeast SxS. Our Directors Brett, Craig, Daryl, Jeff and Smitty were hitting on all 8 cylinders, and with a strong boost by Tom and Kevin at our tent booth and Don and Steve at our shooting butts. I apologize if I missed anyone. So nice to see the energy and enthusiasm which of course are catchy. Overall the Fox scene reminded me of some of the events in the AHFCA's earlier days.

Thanks for the kind words. It sure seemed like an enthusiastic crowd. People really enjoy the Letterman, and the 3 Bo Whoops. A special shout-out to Team Fox. Congratulations!

What a great event. This kicks off my double gun year, and it was a good start. I don't shoot much at this event, I will make up for that at Mike's next month, but I love seeing and talking with friends and like-minded folks. I really enjoy interacting with the shooters when trapping for the Letterman and BoWoop events, and you can really pick up a lot of knowledge hanging around the various collector association booths. It was good to see Brett at the event again, but I missed the toolman. Wish Steve had been able to make it. Maybe one of these years the weather will even decide to cooperate. I bet that parking field was getting pretty mucky by the end of the day Saturday. Hope everyone had safe travels home and looking forward to seeing everyone at the Northern.

Well written Don. FYI, the 4 Runner didn’t spin a tire pulling my trailer with shooting cart out from the parking field. Looked worse than it was, ime. frank
