Spring AHFCA Newsletter is in the mail

Post by fox-admin »

The spring Newsletter is in the mail. It is 14 pages long (two more than the last Newsletter). It is color printed 8 1/2x11 in booklet format. To save postage and the cost of an envelope we are using a blank back page for addresses and postage. If you receive your newsletter damaged please let us know. Thanks to our Editor Dave Noreen and all of our authors. The Newsletter will be posted electronically on the members only forum in a week. Craig

The newsletter arrived today and I really think some kudos are in order. Editor Dave, you did a masterful job of putting it together and I enjoyed your Part 3 article on the Fox family. Tom, your article on the SPE-grade Skeet & Uplands was outstanding! And Craig, I really like the heavier paper stock and booklet format. Your Super-Fox writeup and stats are very good as well.

Another highlight for me is our announcement on Bill Harris' donation of his copies of the graded Fox production record cards. Thank you again Bill. I know from recent personal experience this can be of great benefit to our members.

Of course as one of the Directors I saw the e-file proof copy before printing but the hard copy really hit me when it arrived. We've come so far in so short a time. I spent far more time reading the newsletter on the patio - warm and sunny for a change - than I do on some of the full size sporting mags I get. I'm sure our members will enjoy it! Frank

If we are going to continue to grow and improve the newsletter we need articles from members. Sit down at those keyboards and put out something Foxish guys & gals.

I received my newsletter today. Nice job. Craig, I assume you will be updating your write-up for the super Fox with your new information?

Spent a very pleasant afternoon stretched out on the sofa reading mine. A tip of the hat to all involved in its publication. R Rambler
