ISO: new or reprint of a Philadelphia Sterlingworth parts manual; also a. Correct buttcap for a Sterlingworth 16 gauge. New or vintage, just needs to look right

Never heard of such a thing. A parts picture was in most of the retail catalogs --

If you’re looking for a reproduction butt plate you could try NC Ordnance on eBay or Guns International. Their Repro butt plates look good and will do the trick for you.
