Fox Hammer / firing pin removal

Post by jhidell »

I have followed Mike Campbell's very good instructions. Now have every thing out but the hammer/firing pin and springs.
I think I understand the removal of them but just to make sure, could someone with experience, describe how to get the spring tension relieved and removal of components? I have a decent shop with press etc. Looks like an "L" shaped tool would do the trick but want to be safe with experienced advice.
