No problem. I have cut open bismuth loads before and have been dismayed with the shape of the pellet. I’m not familiar with manufacturing process, but every pellet is somewhat oval and loaded with imperfections.
First, I counted the pellets, twice, and arrived at 200 both times.
Second, I measured 10 pellets, taking two measurements on each pellet. On each pellet, I took a measurement, then attempted to rotate the pellet, and record a second measurement. The first measurement on the 10 pellets averaged .1290”. The second measurement on the 10 pellets averaged .1328”.
Lastly, I confirmed that the pellets are encapsulated in a cup as they travel through the barrel.
As for the sandwich, please deduct it from the dozen sandwiches that I owe you.
How do you warm up for bird season?

Steggy,
I have some pepper, and I think there might be some fly shat in it.
Can I send it to you to look at? LOL!
You can keep half the pepper and all the fly shat.
I'll bring a Bologna sandwich for you to Hauseman's in June.
Thanks so much!!!!

Ha Ha Ha! I always enjoy hearing from you Roger. By the way…. My new 28” XE is named Bettie. Can you guess who it’s named after?
Now, back to the ammo. Please remember that my 1 1/4 oz. shell contained 200 pellets. Their sheet says that there are 198 pellets in a 1 oz. load. Also, for what it’s worth, those 200 pellets did not weigh 1 1/4 oz. Darn shrink-flation. I guess we should load our own ammo.

I am relying on well over sixty years of muscle memory. Missed two pheasants I don’t believe I would have missed when I was younger. Must be signs of muscle dementia. My lab has her eye on the bull pen and is looking for a new shooter. Fortunately I will be hunting with my son and grandson today. Molly has hope!
