Still no name but I have a few contenders. "Reynard" is the leading contender at this point.

I'll tell you this, it is tighter than a tick! I need to put a few flats through it to get it to loosen up.

Stan,

Geoffroy Gournet did that on both sets of barrels by hand. I wanted them flat so they were filed flat by Dan Rossiter and delivered to Geoffroy that way. He suggested a hand file treatment, so I went with it.
