A Grade auto-safety disable?

Post by Spearheadbill »

Hello,
I just became a FOX owner and I have the A grade 12g with 32" bbls.
I want to disable the auto safety feature and from what i can gather it's as "simple" as removing the rod that resembles a nail? If i remove the rod will the safety still work manually? and is that all that needs to be done?
I appreciate any feed back on this. thank you

Spearheadbill,as i understand you are correct on both points, remove rod and safety becomes manual. i have not done this myself so let some more senior fox smiths chime in before you take this as gospel.all the best ,Fred  congrats on Fox ,sounds like a sweet double

Yes, you will have a manual safety and the safety will still be functional.
