Thanks. There was a similar article in Field & Stream around the same time frame. I have felt those articles are the root of the misinformation that Ansley H. Fox was involved with Baltimore Arms Co.
Ansley was neither an officer nor director of Baltimore Arms Co. The Baltimore Arms Co. gun was pure Frank A. Hollenbeck. Ansley was shooting for Winchester during the first two and a half years of Baltimore Arms Co.'s existence and getting Philadelphia Arms Co. going the last year and a half of Baltimore Arms Co.'s existence.
