AHFCA at the Southern SxS

Coming to the Southern SxS in Sanford NC this week? If so be sure to stop by the AHFCA booth. Unless they've moved us, we are in the big lower tent as you enter the grounds, first booth on the right. We will have a nice display of Fox's Finest, along with our usual selection of Association pins, decals, caps and banners for sale. Bring your Foxes for show and tell, choke & chamber measurements, etc. We are looking for great weather in the upper 60s to the lower 80s on Sunday with sunshine forcast for all 4 days Thurs. thru Sunday. Dawn launch tomorrow morning. Few guns ready to be loaded and a bit of ammo. Will help in the booth per the norm. Drive safe.

Sophie will be staying home with the better half. All I need is Sophie jumping on a table with 100,000 dollars worth of guns laying up there. Better half will take good care of her. I'm guessing when I get home she will have gained 5 lbs.

Just got the camera charged up and its seems to be working. Will get some photos up while I'm there assuming the hotel has decent wifi.

It was a beautiful day to kick off the 2022 Southern. There were lots of good friends and oodles of fine guns. We all need to thank Kevin and Tom for taking the time to man the Fox Booth. Thanks guys.

Word from Sanford is our Life Member and former BD member Mike of the Mountain took two TOP GUN awards yesterday in the 16 and 20b Parker Brothers/LC Smith Team events. The competitions were limited to those two makers and no doubt Mike was shooting Parkers in both. Well struck Mike!

Beyond the collecting aspect to include pics of cool Foxes sitting idle on tables ..... I'm looking forward to hear about success by members competing with Foxes in the regular events menu at the Southern SxS.
