Sterlingworth SN and Year

I recently purchase a Fox Sterlingworth, Philadelphia gun in 12 ga. It is serial number 120855. I have determined that it is a late 1920's gun but can anyone here give me an exact date?

The old serial number chronology, that I have no faith in, was originally published by Lightner Library, and is available various places on the internet, would put 120855 in 1929. The only way to really know for sure would be to get a letter on the gun from Savage. IMO not worth the $s or the wait for a Sterlingworth. I have a gun in the 1194xx range which the chronology would also put in 1929, but shipped July 20, 1928.

Thanks for the replies. That would put my gun late 1920s to early 1930s, which is close enough for me. Paying for a letter to confirm a particular year between 1928 and 1931 is not of that much importance to me at this point and wouldn't add any more value to the gun. Thanks again to those who replied.
