Members of PGCA own Parkers that have swivels that they suspect are original to the guns. Order records of those guns, so far, are not available. There are similarly Parker order book entries that mention swivels being installed at the factory on Parker guns. As with the Parker owners, Fox owners will have to keep looking for a gun with swivels to be coupled with an order card that mentions the factory installation of such swivels. So far, I have not seen a gun with such provenance, Parker or Fox.

I have a 16 AE that i believe has original factory sling swivels but never have gotten letter on it. I bought a CE 20 for $325 in late 60s and it had holes for the swivels but they were gone.

Marshfellow: Sorry can't as swivels have been removed. Card calls for swivels and strap.

Saw this gun on Gunbroker and wondered if the swivels looked factory to anybody. Maybe the factory card could be checked. Gunbroker #123880636. Gun is listed as an H grade with single trigger and ejectors. Serial number 31010.

Gun is not mine and I have no interest in the sale.

Swivels that came off my 16AE are in shop and it is dark and finally raining here. I remember that the front swivel just has a stud that screws into hole in bottom rib. I might can get someone to take pictures but i have no letter on the gun. Bobby

Cargie, how about giving us the full order card info on this HE so we can get into a bidding frenzy. The starting bid is easy enough.

8lbs 4oz to 8lbs 8oz that's almost a pound lighter than most Super Foxes. There are a few that are in that range, I wonder if this gun was built on the larger frame? A regular 12ga 32" gun with #1 barrels and MC stock would be very close to 8lbs 4ozs. ??? It would be interesting to measure the frame. The full weight Super Fox frames I have measured are 2 15/32" across the breech face, a standard 12 ga is 2 5/16".
