I read the articles yesterday and both of them were great. Steve and Frank, you have amazing writing skills. Frank, I think that was the first time that I have seen chalk dust used to enhance the readability of the lettering on a barrel. Very clever.
Shoot vintage firearms, relax, and have fun.

Made it to the Washington/Idaho border today. Much faster than the last issue.

Re: Winter18 DGJ
I have 16-gauge Fox-Sterlingworth Deluxe Ejector that, in addition to the regular production card --fox-admin wrote:Seems as if no factory options were recorded on Stery cards. Craig
has a Fox Special card surviving in the records at Savage.
I also have a Fox-Sterlingworth Ejector Brush 193 before the gun Frank wrote about, the highest 12-gauge serial number gun I've recorded with Sterlingworth Fluid Compressed Steel barrels. Roe provided me photocopies of the card for that gun.
Only card I've seen with the production steps printed on the back.
However, my gun has nothing as neat as the sling eyes and 3IN. of the gun Frank wrote about.

Arrived in MD. the other day. Wow, Frank and Steve, you guys keep churning out great stuff.
Owning a Fox is not a spectator sport.
