Thanks all for reading,I've enjoyed your stories and pics too. Planning on hunting last 3 days of the season next week,if no rain I'll have my Fox and post hopefully with some "cans". It is neat to see the different conditions people hunt across this country.

I watched 1000's toll Saturday, it looks like Thursday has a good wind for us to hunt; fingers crossed. I've been testing ITX 10 1oz #6's hand loads and I'm on the fence with them. The biggest problem I have had is not being able to "see" my pattern as the two trips so far any low shots were into ice or mud. Hopefully a few days of Cans, bills, and of course buffleheads over real liquid H2O will give more confidence. I will say I have yet to nock a bird down that wasn't stone dead. Time will tell
