Fox Model B 20 ga marked as 16ga
Anyone know about any mis marking of the model b's? I just purchased what I thought was a 16 guage and come to find out it was really a 20 ga. It is stamped 16 ga on the barrels. Is this common or just a fluke? Do these have any more value? thanks

I have an old Stevens 410 and it is marked second but I see nothing wrong with it, some Ah Foxes are marked second. Bobby

Do the serial numbers match on barrels and frame?

There are no serial numbers but the lettering matches on both receiver and barrels. Anyone seen this before? thanks

Certainly not common. I can't think of it adding any value to the gun. What size do the chambers and bores mic at? 16 gauge bores should be about .667, chambers +/- .735.
