Re: New Britain Fox
That is a beauty. Ansley probably wished he could make and sell guns like that.

Re: New Britain Fox
Beautiful! Have you found a preference between the two forend configurations?

Re: New Britain Fox
A spectacular new Fox made to your specs and with a lifetime factory warranty. What could be better?
Re: New Britain Fox
Such a beautiful gun. I enjoyed the entire process especially choosing the features that appealed to me.
Chrome lined barrels were a must for hunting in Kalifornia, soon to be Non-Tox and Steel only on public land.
I wanted interchangeable forends to suit my fancy. Poor image but I also really like the Skeletal butt.
Weight will never be an issue, 6 pounds on the dot with 28" barrels and the BTFE or 30" barrels with the Splinter.

Re: New Britain Fox
Let's take note that A H Fox design guns have been manufactured in New Britain for almost 25 years now, as compared with Utica at some 17 years and about 23 years in Philadelphia.
Hats off to Ansley, Clarence, Savage and Tony.
