I am new to the Fox world. Got interested via Nash Buckingham and Bo Whoop. Then I found this forum. Purchased and read multiple times McIntosh's book. As an avid waterfowl hunter I am interested in the SuperFox and Wildfowl guns. Waiting on my membership to be approved so I don't have access to some of the forums. My question is does the collectors forum know how many of the "heavy" guns are still out there and possibly who owns them? Next would be how does one find a gun and what is a fair price?

Welcome sea. There were 948 super foxes made in 12ga, no guess on how many are still in service. Finding one is difficult and one at a bargain price is extremely difficult. There is lots of collector interest. Price depends on condition. A decent shooter is $6000. In the current market. Good luck and welcome. If you do a search on this forum you will find may topics discussing the subject. Also there have been a number of articles written about supers in the double gun journal. Craig Larter
