Latest Love >>2nd Gen B grade

I guess it was just my turn to get lucky on a rare-ish Fox. Caught this one early one morning online. The card confirms its as shipped and appears to me that its all original from stem to stern.Tried her out on Sunday at 5 stand, the 3wt. 30" f/f really reaches out there if I do my part. Its greatest fault is that it was not wiped down regularly. Bores are excellent.

That would make a nice companion to my 16 gauge.

Great looking gun!

That is a nice one! I recently purchased a first generation B grade and it is currently getting fixed up. Can't wait to get it back and shoot it

Who owned the English stocked 12?

I don't recall seeing it that day.

Roger, the straight grip BE is mine. She has 32-inch 1-weight barrels, factory choked Mod & Full, and was ordered with a higher comb stock at 2-1/4" drop. Those of you who take the Double Gun Journal may recognize her as the featured gun in the article More Or Less a Superstar in the current Summer 2016 issue of the DGJ. Full pics are included there.

AHFCA members will find a new post on this gun in our Members Forum.

Ok. I know the article. I just don't remember seeing it.

Great Gun by the way Frank, but I know you already know that.

I have a special fondness for straight gripped guns. For myself, nothing is better.

It had some issues when I got it from the late Stan Baker. They were attended to by the now also late Bill Harvey.
