As always, we are looking for volunteers who can help us out in the booth Th/Fri or Sat. with simple chores like signing up shooters for the Bo-Whoop, Letterman or Fox-Lefever Challenge, manning the cash register, updating the leader board or keeping an eye out on the For Sale tables. As you can imagine, the AHFCA booth is a whirlwind of activity especially on Friday and Saturday!

For you newcomers, we will have our unique, Fox gun room banners ($45/ea) and window decals ($1/ea) for sale in the booth all three days. Remember, this event concludes on Saturday, June 4th.
Additionally, one rack will be available for any member who would like to display their Fox gun. It does not have to be a closet queen or high grade example! Any Fox, whether an original, re-furb or custom job is more than welcome!!
Finally, we will have two tables dedicated to FOR SALE/FOR TRADE items. Hausmann's has proved to be a wonderful venue for selling/acquiring Fox guns/ ephemera and 2016 should be better than ever. The rules/guidelines for our FOR SALE section are listed below:
1. The AHFCA is not responsible for any loss or damage to your firearms or ephemera. Thus: Display at your own Risk. Though our booth is manned the majority of the time, the AHFCA does not guarantee security while you are away from the tables. Guns and other items must be tagged with price, member's name and contact information while at the Hausmann's event (cell phone number, where you will be, etc.).
2. AHFCA MEMBERS ONLY - to display items on the “for sale” table you must be an active, paid-to-date Annual or Life Member as shown in our membership rolls. Registered BBS users are not official AHFCA members. Membership applications will be accepted during the event.
3. TABLE ITEMS ARE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Though A H Fox shotguns are strongly preferred, any vintage SxS or SBT (pre 1950) is allowed. Also, A H Fox memorabilia and parts ONLY. Examples would be: catalogs, sales brochures, calendars, Fox letterhead letters, Fox toy guns, bag of Fox parts, etc.
4. LIMIT of two items per member: Examples: two Fox shotguns, one shotgun and one catalog, two catalogs, one baggie of parts and one barrel, etc. If space becomes tight the AHFCA reserves the right to limit items displayed by any member(s).
5. The AHFCA expects that all firearms transactions between Members will conform to applicable Federal and State regulations. The AHFCA is providing table space only and will not be involved in any transaction in any way or manner whatsoever.
In closing, please consider how much work and preparation goes into this and all of our AHFCA sanctioned events. Please make every effort to attend, even if only for a few hours. I promise, you will not be disappointed. Hope to see you in the beautiful, Endless Mountains on June 2-4th!!
