Open Chokes on 16 ga SW

Post by Ducks Rx »

Would like to hear some suggestions and experiences with smiths that are good at opening chokes on 16 ga SW
Thanks for all the help the forum members have given me on my recently acquired SW.

Mike Orlen in Mass. has done a number of guns for me. His prices are very reasonable and has a quick turnaround. And most importantly his work is excellent.

I'll second that on Mikes work on a 16SW. Very even close range patterns. I didn't have the work done myself, purchased the gun that way.
Recoil is most noticed when I miss
