The Fox Collectors forum was founded in 2006 to stimulate interest in the history and production of Fox shotguns. We believe you will enjoy our forum and learn more about the rich history of Fox shotguns.
I recently posted about a new to me fox Sterlingworth 16 gauge that I had on layaway. Well guys 55 hours of overtime later and I paid it off and brought it home the other day and it cleaned up nicer than I expected. The bores shine like mirrors.. I patterned it off hand the other day at 25 yards and by the results I'm thinking its choked improved cylinder and modified. The barrels measure right too 26". I patterned it with Rst 1oz #7.5
Way to go! Nothing quite like taking ownership of a new Fox, that is until you draw first blood out hunting or powder a few clays.
You do realize this is only the beginning, right? Hell, that's why God invented OT!!!
