size of front bead brass or ivory

Gentleman please need your input .20 gauge sterly with 30 inch barrels .What kind of bead is proper .Gun has small ivory bead in center of barrels but missing Front Bead .On another note I highly was satisfied by work done by Jason Barden .Price an time estimate for work was fare .Please let me know also is bead screw in or glue in an diameter .Thanks coalbin

Normally when a customer ordered an upgrade from the "standard" single metal front bead, they got the Lyman twin ivory beads --

and they were an option listed in most all A.H. Fox Gun Co. and later Savage Arms Co. A.H. Fox catalogues.

We also see quite a few cards where the customer specified the gold top Marbles Ivory bead sight --
