The Fox Collectors forum was founded in 2006 to stimulate interest in the history and production of Fox shotguns. We believe you will enjoy our forum and learn more about the rich history of Fox shotguns.
I have my sights on one right now, but I am not in love with them.
The one I've located has rougher wood and the blueing leaves a lot to be desired. We are a little far away on price. If he accepts my offer I'll buy it but I've put a line in the sand and can't see paying more than my offer.
Does anyone have any feeling for how many were actually made?

Thanks Brian. I have 132871 in my table of observed Sterlingworths with "FSH" and "shipped 1939" in my remarks section. Now can't for the life of me remember what FSH stood for?
