2015 AHFCA: For Sale/Trade table guidelines

1. The AHFCA is not responsible for any loss or damage. The AHFCA will not provide security while you are away from the table doing other things. Display at your own risk. Guns and items must be tagged with member's name and contact information while at the Southern SxS Event (cell phone number, where you will be at, etc.).

2. AHFCA MEMBERS ONLY - to put items on the table you must be a Life Member, or Annual Member paid-up-to-date as shown in our member rolls. Registered BBS users are not members. Membership applications will be taken during the event.

3. TABLE ITEMS ARE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Vintage Side by Side shotguns and Vintage SBT guns and memorabilia only – no other types of firearms.

4. If space becomes tight the AHFCA reserves the right to limit items displayed by any member.

5. The AHFCA expects that all firearms transactions between Members will conform to applicable Federal and State regulations. The AHFCA is providing table space only and will not be involved in any transaction in any way or manner whatsoever.
