Upload to a photo hosting sight like photobucket.com. Copy the image code and post that into your post. The photo will appear.

I have a son-in-law in Rye, Westchester county. He says it is almost impossible to buy a long gun; never mind a handgun. How were you able to pull this off?

Birddog,
I'm copying an old post I put up, but this may help.
The secret to getting photos on this site is to first get them uploaded to one of the free photo sharing websites like Flickr or Photobucket. Once you've created an account and uploaded the photos to one of these sites, you can link to them from the Fox site. I think a large number of people here use Photobucket, and if you use the "Search" feature on this site and put in the word Photobucket, you'll probably get several posts with information on how to upload pictures from their site. If you want to use Flickr as I do, then I've posted some instructions that I pulled from a previous post for another member and have copied them below.
To do an individual photo, open the picture in Flickr and look at the bottom right for the little picture of a box with an arrow coming out of it. When you hover over it, it will say " more ways to share". Click on that link and it will give you several options. You want to choose "Grab the HTML/BBCode". Then click the radio button for BBCode. You can also choose the size of the photo you want to display, and I usually choose the Medium size, as the Fox site will re-size anything larger anyway. Once you've done that, you just copy all that code in the window and paste it right into your post. When you preview your post, it should display the single picture. If you want to display multiple pictures at once, just keep copying the code for each picture and paste them one after the other. Once you've done this a few times, you'll notice that it actually posts two links, one is the picture, and the second is a link that shows the title, etc. I usually end up pasting all of it and then deleting the title link.
Good Luck, and I hope to see some nice Fox pics from you soon!
Mike

Using photobucket, it makes a difference which of the four links you click to the right of your image to get the image to show up in your post. On this board use the bottom link labeled IMG.
