I have an ah fox and sterlingworth fox. I might be buying some pinnacle bismuth that are 2 3/4 inch 1250 fps and shot size 5. Do you think they are safe to shoot through both of the guns?

That is all I shoot in my older sxs guns, That pinnacle Bismuth is some great stuff if it can be found.
