Hi all,
I just today mailed my membership application in for the association. I have a new-found interest in Foxes -- I picked up a 1923 AE 20 gauge from someone at work and sent it to Turnbull for metal work.
Once back from Turnbull, I'm having a local stock guy (friend named Neal Bauder ) refinish the stock and recut the checkering. I paid $1000 for the gun, and suspect I got a good deal. I'll post photos when it's finished.
I look forward to the newsletter and grouse hunting in my home state of Michigan with the new (old) Fox.
Cheers.
Dana

Roger that, Admin.
It usually takes me a little longer to tick people off --- I'm off to a good start...

Look at it this way Dana....you might be a "GRII" by the time your membership becomes official but it's onward and upward from here....LOL! Welcome to "The Asylum."
On the whole....I'd rather be in Philadelphia....

Thanks everyone -- I'm really looking forward to being a part of the group. I've been browsing some of the threads and there truly is a wealth of shotgun information here. This is a great resource.
Thank you for the warm welcome.
Good shooting to all.

Scary amount of knowledge. If someone on this board doesn't know the answer I doubt anyone does.
