Finn is quickly becoming my go to grouse dog at 1.5 years old. He runs really nice and handles well. Grouse season is open until 1/1/14. It was a little tough yesterday and I did not know why I was not finding birds. Mid 30's light wind. Hunted 5 hours in a couple new spots that had really been producing and only flushed 3 shot 1.
