Sterlingworth gets the grouse

Post by bigkev »

Here is a pic of my new cocker, Bo with his first grouse shot with my new Sterlingworth 16 gauge on the first shot. I recently purchased the gun from member, Frank and promised him that I would shoot a grouse this season with it. It was pouring rain all day up in NH.

Bigkev hunting Cockers are few and far between anymore. Nice to see one in the field hunting with the Queen of the Uplands (the gun not you :P ) again.

Kev, I wrote to you separately too. I'm glad you like the SW. A nice pic, good looking dog, grouse and gun. Not sure what to say about the guy except it was great to meet you at Ernie's get-together and to shoot together down at Lehigh. Thanks for keeping in touch and remembering to post a pic. I hope you see a few more grouse over the barrels of that 16 this season! Frank
